Origin email forgotten what to do?

I've been playing Origin on "The Sims 4" on my laptop for a few years now.

I would like to buy expansion packs as these are currently heavily reduced on the EA website. However, I forgot my original email address! I still know my ID and password, but not the email. I've already gone through all that got stuck in my head, but unfortunately none works. Do you know what to do?

Look further and hope you can find them.
