I got a laptop and took over the acc from the previous owner (my aunt). Now I have my Windows account on it and set as an administrator now I'm no longer on the pictures, videos, music and other files ran because my aunt does not know the password anymore. How can I access it?

If you are an administrator on this system, you can (but do not know Windows 10) actually delete or disable your aunt's password. Thus, you can also access the account of your aunt again. Then log in with your account and make your and your data accessible to all users.
I have added a new account as an admid and logged in after having set my aunt's account as the default account and realized that I no longer had access
Do you have admin rights yourself?
If so, then you should be able to reset the password of the other account.
