Can i play the oculus rift on bad laptop?

I hope the picture could help. Can I play on my laptop with VR glasses (ocolus rift) without buggs?

Without seeing the laptop, I just say no, it depends on the games, but in general you need a good gaming setup to play VR smoothly, it only gets nice with real high-end computers.

An Ocolus rift needs a lot of power because it has to do something like another world.
Most graphics cards that master this are marked VR ready.
