I have worked out Excel Tab. Z.T., saved it (in documents), can now open it after 3 days, but can't edit it further (using Excel)? What I did wrong, I have a laptop with Windows 10

Did you save the file as an Excel file and open it with which program?
What is the file name extension (English filename extension)?
Am 80 and not so knowledgeable with a PC. It used to work with Exel. My tables are on ODF and odg and photos on JPG. Can I start with the table in "OPEN OFFICE DRAW"?
And photos on JPG. Can I do something with the table in "OPEN OFFICE DRAW"?
You can only edit these files with a graphics / image editing program, not with Escel.
You should be able to open the table in an opd file with a double click (untested)

ODF file extensions
There are a number of ODF file extensions. These are the typical ones for your documents:
.odt - a text document
.ods - a spreadsheet
.odp - a presentation file
.odg - a drawing or illustration
What to do if you receive an ODF file?
If you receive a file with the file extensions above, but your software or operating system does not recognize it, then download https://de.libreoffice.org/.../download/. LibreOffice is "Free and Open Source Software", based on OpenOffice.org, and opens all documents in OpenDocument format.
Maybe you don't have a full version of MS Office. Caution cost trap.
You could switch to Google Sheets.
You probably need a full license for Office365. This Office Suite is preinstalled on Win10, you can open Excel, Word files, but not edit them, unless you subscribe to Office365 for a fee.
Download LibreOffice once, then you can edit the Excel files. Libreoffice is free, there's free.
