Despite the i5-8400, 16GB 2666Mhz RAM and RTX 2070, I have 15FPS at medium to high settings in World of Tanks.
All together is installed in a laptop and it is not too hot at 50 degrees. The RTX is not a Max Q. Display is FHD 144hz IPS
I suppose the WoT is running on the IGPU and therefore delivers so low FPS.
Question is jz how I can switch to the RTX or If it is already the RTX why then so little FPS

You can right click on the application, then run on NVIDIA high performance processor.
NVidia driver installed?
Disable the integrated graphics chip in the device manager.

Right click on the game and select "Run with Nvidia High Performance Processor".
The graphics card is recognized in Device Manager? The latest drivers are also installed?
