Laptop hangs on update and can't be turned off?

As I said, my laptop is in the update and can't be turned off, even when pushing through the power button does nothing, ctrg old does not work.

After 10 seconds press on / off nothing happens? Then there's definitely something broken in the hardware.

Hold down the Shift key while holding down the power button on your laptop for a few seconds.
