My laptop shows something?

My laptop has just hung I then pressed the button and suddenly it came. Does jwmand know what I can do?

Select Exit… (Use arrow keys and Enter)

On exit and start again… You're inside the uefi… Everything is easy 😊

But then something else comes out

The problem is in the end something comes again and then it goes away again

So does it not boot / start normally? Then you have to take a picture of it 😊
