I have recently been unable to enter anything from my laptop in the search and some programs do not work either, it is really urgent, can someone help me?
If it is recent, do a system restore by choosing a restore point that is clearly before this problem occurred.
Sometimes a restarted laptop / PC can help with Win10, ie: select "Restart" in the switch-off menu.

If there's no hardware error and the time of the selected recovery point is sufficiently far before the first appearance of this problem, a system restore should actually take effect.
If you can still get into the "Settings", the next, more far-reaching measure would be a Win10 recovery. - The system is then installed as new.
The procedure is as follows:
You go to Settings> Update and Security> Left Sidebar: Recovery> Reset this PC: Let's go> Choose your option… - See:
I would select "Keep my files".
Apps or programs installed by you will be deleted and would have to be reinstalled afterwards.
Before you start, fully charge the laptop battery and also connect the power adapter to be on the safe side.
Make sure that the laptop is connected to the Internet via LAN during the recovery.
