How do you lower your Rocket League settings?

I play Rocket League on my laptop, but since the PC gets very noisy, I would like to turn the graphics etc. Down so that the game is less complex for the laptop. I know what that you have to go to options and then to video… But which things do I have to turn on or off, higher or lower?

You have to change aspects like resolution, vertical synchronization and more. Take a look at this video:
