Activate wireless function (Windows 10)?

I can no longer get my Wi-Fi on my other laptop. When I go to this Wi-Fi symbol it says switched off. If I try to turn it on and then try to select a network, the Wi-Fi automatically turns off again. When troubleshooting, it says that the wireless function is deactivated, if I then click on Network and Sharing Center, then on adapter settings then WLAN is not connected. But when I right-click it says Deactivate. When I click on connect / disconnect it does not happen. How can I fix the problem?

On my notebook there's a slider under the keyeboard with which I can switch the WLAN on and off!
