I work from home on my private notebook. We (the company) use Microsoft D365 for everything, various applications. Everything online in the cloud.
Would it be possible that this would give my employer access to my data? How much of what I'm doing does he see or can he control?
Basically, he doesn't see anything because, for reasons of data protection, he is not allowed to just look at things.
No, your employer does not have access to the data on your computer.
But Dynamics 365 has detailed audit logs and of course you can see when you have edited which data records
You tape the chamber shut then nobody can see you
And it depends on the program where you work - I can call up what I did in the month in the program
