Good Sata vs bad NVME?

Would like to retrofit a 1TB SSD in my laptop. It should replace my games HDD. Now stand before the decision: WD Blue 2.5 "or rather Crucial P1 The price is almost the same. Both variants are possible in the laptop.

What is better?

The WD Blue is not SSD or have I found a fake?
NVME SSDs are the best. Write / read speeds are the fastest with distance. If you really cost the same amount, take the NVME!
