I have been playing Sims 4 on my laptop for a long time, which I downloaded from Origin. (I have no mods or other additional packs)
I played something again yesterday afternoon. However, when I wanted to play something again in the evening, Origin showed me this: "Origin Server temporarily unavailable. Unfortunately we can't retrieve your games at the moment. Please excuse the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again". No sooner said than done, but nothing changed.
Today I was able to play Sims again. However, all my scores are gone now, which really bothers me. The Sims I created are still there, but they no longer live in their homes and all of their previous life experiences are gone.
How do I get my scores back now?
Maybe restart?
