Clip Studio Paint Pro: where to enter serial number?

I bought Clip Studio Paint Pro on my old laptop, and I still have the email with the serial number / license number. I recently bought a new laptop and want to reinstall the program. Where can I now enter this number? I can't find a window on the homepage, I probably overlook it.

So for me CSP asks for the number automatically if I start and want to start the program after a new installation or on another device.
