The symptom "some keys are stuck" can have different causes.
Is the locking function activated? This can happen if you have pressed the Shift key for several seconds, for example.
Sporadically it happened to me in the past that the keyboard driver had an unexplained quirk from now on. From then on, the Ctrl or Alt keys were always on. A restart reliably eliminated the problem.
If drinks are spilled on the keyboard, it can happen that the contacts of a row or column of keys stick together and e.g. The qwertz row separates random characters or no longer works at all, analogously for columns such as 7ujm or 6zhn.
