Is the keyboard dirty?

Hey so i got a think pad computer from school. Yesterday I accidentally opened the hole punch and all the little things flew out and onto the keyboard of my laptop. Now they are already under the letters I don't know how to get them out? I can't tap the (W) well anymore because it's so hard. I absolutely need help

A vacuum cleaner will definitely help you. You can also remove the keycaps, put them in the dishwasher, and in the meantime clean the keyboard.
