Can't import photos?

I'm currently importing my photos and videos on my laptop, but the problem is I can't find a window with confidence on my cell phone. I'm currently doing this with a USB cable, I'm not quite sure how to do it now (but my cell phone and laptop are connected!)

Unfortunately, I have to fit in… I could only think of this weird Apple… Dat iTunes I think it scolds itself.

Okay, you go to General → Reset → Location and privacy (no idea how to translate this into German xD) → click on Reset and enter your code

if the message does not come yet, you have to restart your cell phone…
