Search laptop with the following requirements:
- good performance
- Office program for paperwork
- enough space
Price up to about 600-700 euro
PC games like Sims should be playable.
Would be about tips or what I have to pay attention to.

That would actually be a gaming notebook with the latest processor, which has plenty of steam, the graphics card should also more than sufficient. Would I order directly in your place, you have the online orders anyway 14 day right of return. I can well imagine that the box will soon be much more expensive.
If interested, I can also raussuchen you with touchscreen, as the selection but will be a whole lot slower
Would like to buy it as a financing 🙈

you just have to click on the offers, go with both. Alternate is certainly a reputable dealer. As I said, would strike in a timely manner, because the offer is sure to be more expensive soon. The processors were presented only a few days ago, usually takes until the prices settle there, I can't imagine that remains so cheap.
Otherwise you have to pay attention to the following conditions
Either at least 240 GB SSD, or 60/120 GB SSD and 500-1000 GB HDD.
Here we're talking about hard disk space. The more the better. You need at least 120 GB. An SSD hard drive should be installed at any price, which is usually 5x faster and the calculator goes up much faster. You could also consider such a hard drive in your current calculator to build, that would cost you only 20-50 euro.
Main memory at least 4 GB, at 600-700 Euro you should definitely take 8, you usually get thrown afterwards.
Processor: Intel processor i3 / i5 / i7 from the 6,7,8 or 9th generation.
For example i5 6200u (older). The more recent and standard processors are currently the i5-8250u, which are also running really well.
AMD: Ryzen 5 2500u or higher (eg The Ryzen 5 3XXX as in the recommended notebook)
Graphics card optional. Both Intel and AMD have already installed small graphics chips. They should still be running at Sims. But if you really wanted to play more, then you should have a dedicated video card in it… So for example the RX 560/70/80 or GTX 1050 (ti), 1060
I like it really well. Why is it that the delivery time is so long?
And without an operating system… How much does it cost?
Had the same answer a short while ago on another question and make it easy times and copy it here:
If you want to do yourself a favor, avoid the following:
Intel Atom Zxxx
Celeron Nxxx
Pentium Nxxx and Pentium Silver Nxxx
AMD A4-12, E2 or similar
Are usable from:
Intel Pentium for example Intel Pentium Gold 4415u
Intel i3
AMD Ryzen 3/5, (Athlon 200/220 / 240ge (as PC Office solution)).
* Pentium Gold (eg Pentium 4415u Gold) please do not confuse it with Pentium Nxxx Gold (eg Pentium N5000 Gold).
If nothing else than Office or YouTube or similar is needed, it can also be an Intel graphics, but this is NOT suitable for gaming!
GPU As a minimum APU Ryzen 3 2200u with Vega 3 graphics, then only lowGames.
Better APU Ryzen 5 2500u, also there only lowGaming but better than Ryzen 3.
Next lowGames GPUs: Nvidia 130/1030, AMD RX550, AMD Vega 8
lower median: Nvidia 1050
better: Nvidia 1060
Top class Nvidia 1070/1080
CPU as mentioned above from Intel i3 and AMD Ryzen 3/5.
SSD from 120GB absolute minimum, better 250GB
RAM as a minimum 4 GB
This is something I could "recommend" to you:
Fast work by SSD and 8 GB RAM, small games possible thanks to VEGA 3 graphics, CPU is a Ryzen 3:
15.6 TFT
400 euro

Fast work with SSD and 8 GB RAM, small games possible thanks to VEGA 8 graphics, CPU is a Ryzen 5:

430 euro

If the money is not quite as liquid, and the price is still:
Fast work by SSD and 8 GB RAM, small games possible thanks to VEGA 3 graphics, CPU is a Ryzen 3:
15.6 TFT
400 euro

17.3 TFT
430 euro

My favorite, however, is the Ryzen 5 version.

Sufficient for SIMS 4 thick!
Ui! Not seen! That will be because they are only a week since felt in the trade. It will probably take a little while until it is through from dealer to dealer and in stock at Alternate.
Operating system: costs 15 euro
https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10
You make yourself a USB stick with the tool. (see tool download)
So use the current laptop to provide a USB stick with this tool
Then you put the stick in the new laptop and start it. Usually the bios automatically boots from the stick. Otherwise you have to select with some F-key briefly into the bios and just the stick. Is everything half as wild. These days you can't go wrong, so to speak, and there are tons of tutorials
The laptop then installs Windows 10
Later you have to activate the key someday. It is enough if you buy one and send it by e-mail
https://www.mmoga.de/Software/Windows/Windows-10-Home-OEM.html
If you were to buy a Windows CD with key in the shop, that would cost me 60-80 euro. With USB stick and online key order 15 euro and a little patience ^^^
Thank you for your help, helped me a lot.
