I have now after a while feel like the Sims Island stories (my favorite Sims part) get and had it installed on my Windows 10 laptop, all no problem, but then when I start the game, the garnicht, try it now Hours to find a patch or something, unfortunately so far without success, I hope you can help me further.

Normally, old games can also be played on W10 games but there are always such exceptions, I think that will be the case with you. Sometimes it just does not work.
Sims island stories is graphically like Sims 2 and came out in 2007 or so, and is a stand-alone game like life stories or animal stories. Had problems other games like Bioshock or Settler 4 again to play, but I was lucky but something, but in this I find garnix: /
Maybe the CD will hurt you?
Have the same problem, but I've just come to the solution (maybe you can still start something anyway 😅).
Open the Explorer> "This PC" there you can see under "Devices and drives" the Inselgeschichten Icon, if you have the CD in the computer inside. Right-click on the icon> "Open"
A list of folders opens> Double-click on the folder "TSBin"
There appears the file "SimsCS"> Double-click on "SimsCS" now should open the game window with a little patience. 😊
