Sims 4 Island Life Download is not working?

My sister has reserved the new expansion pack "island life" in the Sims 4. Since 00:00 this is now out, but she can't download it. If she presses "Download", there's a short "is prepared" and then comes an error message… The whole tried it since yesterday but it works fine. She has shut down her laptop several times, logged in to Origin etc…

Maybe someone has an idea what to do or why this could be?

Yes, Origin is up to date so it can't be up to that

Maybe her laptop is full of memory.
