Has an error occurred on the device?

My laptop often spins around and back at it. I had identified him and since then I keep getting this message.

It restarts over and over again. That has been for over an hour. If I switch off the laptop or press the power button, I still get this message and it continues.

The message always only contains:

"The device has encountered an error. It needs to be restarted. Some error information is being collected and then restarted."

As soon as the laptop restarts, he wants to repair it and also perform a system update. Shortly afterwards I end up with the message that there are errors and restart.

I would try starting the laptop in Safe Mode and updating the drivers.

So I just tried to press bridge and f8 and it doesn't respond
