Does anyone know a laptop that has enough performance to edit 'liquid' videos?

Acer Predator Helios 300. But has a Full HD display. Would take the Vartiante with i7 7700 and gtx 10606gb, 16gb of RAM.

You take a laptop with the fastest CPU you can get, preferably a latest generation i7 / i8, a midrange graphics card and as much ram as it will fit.

You can't go wrong with that.
