Why does my second monitor jerk?

I recently got a new relatively powerful laptop. I would like to connect this with my second monitor and play it if necessary. However, said second monitor jerky already while watching videos. Could it be because my laptop screen runs on 144hz and the other on only 60hz?

Or is it the power of the device? Since it is so new and a decent bar has cost money, I think that rather less.

PS: The 60hz monitor worked perfectly on the old PC.

PPS: The FPS are consistently at 70+

PPPS: It is definitely jerky and not due to a habituation

Miss the FPS to see if it's on the monitor or on the laptop.

Which connection type do you use?

Can it be that you have become accustomed to 144 Hz and 60 Hz now as not liquid?

Check the settings on the monitor.

Is everything right in it. I'll just lend me a 144hz monitor and check it out
