Which laptop can you recommend for my needs?

I'm currently looking for a suitable laptop for my training / studies and for my free time.

I need a laptop that should have the following items: Touchscreen display and NUMLOCK keypad.

I also need a laptop that can play 4K videos and edit 4K videos.

To my question: Which laptop could you recommend to me that meets the above requirements?

Should the display resolution be 4K?

What do you mean "edit 4k videos"? Only something like cutting subtitles into mobile phone videos or really video editing with corresponding effects and bikini corrections?
