Can't create an Instagram account?

I've tried to create an Instagram account (it has never been created on my email address, or on my phone, or with my mobile number), but it has been coming for days always this message:

I have already tried it with the app, but it is not synonymous and from a laptop not synonymous. What could this be and what can I do?

With another e-mail is not synonymous, so you can't create, either from the phone, or the pc. There's then only "A technical error has occurred" but not what the problem is, or what you can do

Wait a few hours and see if it works.

No, I just created an account with my email address and now I'm trying to create a second one (for other content) with my Google account, but I can't, not even my phone number
