Which laptop should I buy for Hearts of Iron 4 (HO14)?

I want to buy the game Hearts of iron 4 just want to get me a laptop for this game. Of course I'm looking for a cheap good laptop on which this game runs smoothly! Can you recommend me some?

If it should be cheap. Then a laptop with a Ryzen processor and thus an integrated Vega graphic is enough. A dedicated graphics card is required to make the game run more smoothly and at higher settings.
