Google Chrome on strike?

I have already set up Windows 10 and still I have the same problem - Google hangs again and again. I have also switched off the hardware acceleration in Google (unchecked), the cache is also empty. I also already have the current version of Google Why is there no Google feedback and that is damn long (the laptop has been booted up for a long time).

Make crash reports to google chrome, if there's support that will fix it, try another browser or try to use an older version sometimes it helps.
