Hi, my graphics card is probably broken. Wanted to know if the data in Chrome or bookmarks can be installed who the hard drive expands or are the bookmarks almost dependent on Windows? TNX & LG

My question is whether you can download the bookmarks that were not yet downloaded from Chrome / Firefox so from the hard disk almost Chrome from the respective hard drive and then in the old Chrome / Firefox of the previous device can load then No There was no Pocket via firefox and chrome was not logged in.) Who does not work, you can change the graphics card, device is working,? What option exists to get Chrome / fIREFox data?

br

If you have set bookmarks, you can also get them from the hard disk, regardless of the operating system.

… Graphics chip can be exchanged if available. Otherwise exchange CPU if it is an iGPU… Whether that's worth it is a question of how expensive your notebook was / is.

You can replace the graphics card, then your PC should start again as normal. (So if it really s.der graphics card!)

You can also install the hard disk or SSD in another PC (or connect with a USB adapter there) and copy the bookmarks. Firefox creates its own folder in your home directory, including the bookmarks.

Ob

Hi thanks for the answer, which adapter would you recommend it?

Ob

Wow, thank you! You still ne question, is there a USB stick that you can plug in and transfer the data automatically?

br

No, I have never heard of it.

That does not really matter, they only differ in their speed (USB 3 or USB 2). A search on Google with "usb hdd adapter" will show you enough models and dealers.

Super TNX!

HI LAST question where can I find the bookmarks on the hard drive? Are they listed individually or is this a complete file?

This is a file called places.sqlite

In sqlite format, as the name suggests. The file is in the Profiles folder of Firefox.

Ob

TNX for your answer! And in Chrome?

In

In a file called Bookmarks in the Chrome User Data folder.

Ob

I can't get into the Acer folder. It does not mean permission.
