Router problems PYUR?

The updates for the Pyur Internet boxes are automatically recorded, can it sometimes happen that an update is flawed and spoiled my way to the Internet?

Have for several weeks problems with my P20 pro on the Internet (WLAN) to come but with the laptop it works (the phone I use VPN). It makes itself felt in the point that me on eBay classifieds no pictures are displayed or the loading time takes extremely long or in the Google Play Store because I can't download anything without a VPN connection.

I was told on the phone that we have frequency interference and that the technician will look at.

Technicians were there today and have replaced the antenna outlets (from 2 to 3 ports) so far, nothing has been done (should mean still on VPN) I should get in the next few days NEN new router (I do not think that's the problem triggers).

If your laptop works and the phone does not work over VPN, you should look for the bug there. With a dedicated VPN server, the upload speed of your home Internet access is often a bottleneck.

I had written that my phone has VPN internet access but without VPN I have little / no access to the internet.
