I wanted to use this laptop after a long time (for smaller things, computer science, etc.), but I have relocated the charging cable. I wanted to order a new one, but I do not know exactly which cable I have to order for it. Would be good if someone there could help.
Thank you.
As the model is called stands on the sticker on the bottom
See sticker below. Most Dell models also have the name under the keyboard on the left. Looks from the picture as if the name were left. But you can recognize bad at the resolution
There's no sticker on the bottom, but I found it, it is under the acko. Nevertheless, thank you.
This is an old DELL. I have a tip for this: With the operating system Cloudready you can turn it into a Chromebook for free. This is a customized Chrome OS that turns any device into a Chromebook.
Here is the download of the USB-Maker: https://usb-maker-downloads.neverware.com/stable/cloudready-free/cloudready-usb-maker.exe He creates a USB-Stick with Cloudready. You need an empty stick with at least 8GB.
Then boot the stick. Just follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to delete the hard disk and the WLAN is set up the same. To do this, have network keys ready.
After completing the installation and the first reboot, simply sign in with the Google Account. In the settings in the section Plugins you can install Flash, Codecs and Widevine with just one click. Restart and your Chromebook is ready. All updates are fully automatic in the background.
Cloudready runs extremely fast and scarcely scratched at the system resources. The browser and the Chrome apps start without delay.
