Unfortunately my laptop doesn't like it anymore, ie it comes to a repair, they meant the same (anyway, super nice) it will delete the hard drive. I forgot to ask, but it will come back with operating systems, without data and programs, but at least with Windows and I can turn it up, right?
Yes, because every manufacturer does it.
Formulated in a peculiar way and therefore difficult to interpret - hard disk is formatted, loading of the operating system is usually charged extra and has to be paid by the customer accordingly.
