No. Usually you have a computer where you can write. Take USB with you and then ask if you can take your laptop with you tomorrow

In schools, however, it is implicitly assumed that you provide some of the work material yourself, at least if you want to work efficiently. The employer / school sponsor is usually too stingy to provide suitable jobs (for classification: we have 6 computers for about 120 colleagues).

So: yes, take it with you. You will find that almost everyone has one with them.
