I wanted to ask me what you have used for backpacks in the study. I plan to study math, but I'm not sure what kind of backpack would suit me. I already have one in mind, which has 20L capacity, but do not know if that's enough. Do you have to lug around a lot in maths studies? Except for laptop, a block, a book does not fit much more in there

You do not need much more. I still have a water bottle (and a little bits and pieces) with me. For some lectures, it pays to print pre-printed slides in advance to take notes during the class. I have akutell a 24 liter backpack (including laptop compartment) and a number of mini-compartments, and get along with it easily.
