For some time I have been concerned with the question of whether it is possible to use my laptop with Linux Mint as a kind of second screen on a Windows PC. Spacedesk doesn't work. Are there any other options?
That should work with RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). This is always included with Windows. Other protocols for remote screens are also possible.

Thanks, but I'm looking for a way to transfer only the Windows screen to the linux device. As far as I understand this RDP thing is only a kind of mouse sharing.
As soon as you log on to a PC via RDP, the user is "logged off" if I remember correctly.
