Screen is only recognized on Linux, not on Windows?

I installed Linux Mint Cinnamon on my laptop alongside Windows 10. I connected a second screen to my laptop via HDMI. Now the problem. When I boot the laptop over Linux it recognizes the second screen but not when I boot it over Windows. It is not due to the port because it does not recognize other screens on Windows just the one I connected to Linux. (Before I set up Linux, the screen was still working via Windows)
