Photo cd not working?

I ordered a photo cd from dm and wanted to open it on my laptop. But the whole thing doesn't really work. Can anyone help me further?

Editing or modifying the file can damage the system." after that I can choose apps with which I want to open the file, everything does not work

Maybe download the VLC player and try it, because it comes with everything you need to be able to play everything, otherwise open the DVD compartment, insert the DVD and close the compartment, then everything should work normally, or go to the device and open the DVD from there .Greeting
