RemotePlay No registration?

I have a question and I can't log in to Remote Play, there's always a notification with the error code, the application has already been deleted and reinstalled. Unfortunately, without success. Router was also restarted without success Problems have the PC where it is not possible to set up again, unfortunately without help please help

Nobody can really answer that except Sony

Remote play from Sony hangs forever and was never really reliable
