Permanently had a humming sound from the laptop. I googled the internet and it's because of the Realtek audio driver. When I uninstalled it, the reverb was gone, but after turning the laptop up a few times, I had no sound at all. Then I reinstalled it and with it the reverb again. Have surround sound etc everything in the device manager or everything that could have been on with surround sound is off.
Anyone have an idea how I might get into the manager of Realtek or any other alternative why that could be?
Realtek HD Audio Manager has its own icon in the system tray.
Have you ever changed the settings?
