I'm looking for a device with which I can take pictures as well as videos. The quality should be better than that of the iPhone 6s. It also has to be somehow connectable to a laptop. Price less than 100 euro if possible. Is that possible? Which models can you recommend?
You are looking for a device that makes better videos like a cell phone, but it should be 3x cheaper than a cell phone? Does not exist. Not even needed, sorry.
It's already hard for 100 euro.
But nothing is impossible.
Look for a used Panasonic Lumix LX3.
There are now and again for up to 100 euro on ebay.
That should satisfy your wishes.

Under 100 euro you get only the lowest compact cameras or any heavily used, old discontinued models. Is really nonsense and with a camera alone, it is not done. Accessories are also added and at least system cameras still lenses.
