Website not accessible?

Until a few days ago, a homepage I visited relatively often still worked or reads itself without any problems and suddenly the following message always appears:
400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Does anyone have any advice? I use a laptop and have Windows10.

Try it from another device (smartphone, tablet), it doesn't work there either, if it's on the side, if it's there, it's up to your computer.
