I've been wanting to switch from laptop to PC for a long time, but I can't and don't want to spend so much money. Yesterday I came across the ibuypower website and found a good prebuilt pc, actually I wanted to build one myself, but the pc is good and the price is also good. I was on the American side but didn't think of anything else, but when I went to the side this morning I was sent to the German side where I couldn't find the pc. Now my question is whether I can order via the American side or not. I just don't know the site that much.

I would prefer 700 euro, because I'm still a student. I just want to use it for school and gaming, but now I don't play games for which I need a really good pc. I already have a mouse and keyboard and I would order a screen directly after the pc because then I can better see what kind of one I need and how much money I can spend.
