Davinci Resolve Problem?

I installed Davinci Resolve 15 on my laptop (Windows 10) a few weeks ago. Everything works quite well, but the whole thing looks a bit strange to me. For example, when I pull in an audio track, it looks like this:

How do I get it to look like this?

In addition, I can't get it on an audio track to change it, for example, that the music has such a transition from quiet to loud.
