How can I increase the Hz?

Following problem:

I have a notebook on which I have connected an AOC G2460V. The monitor has 75hz. Unfortunately, I can't use this refresh rate. In the Apapter setting is only 60hz. With my notebook I have updated all drivers and Windows 10 Pro is also up to date.

How can I solve the problem.
