Constantly no internet, secured?

I recently bought a laptop with FreeDos and Windows 10 Education installed. And there's always a message that I have no internet access. When I disconnect and then reconnect it sometimes works or when I restart the laptop it works shortly and then the error message reappears. It should not be on the router, with all other devices no problems arise. Per Lan cable Internet access works fluently.

I've already tried almost everything: reset network settings, reinstalled drivers, or Geupdatet, disabled my anti-virus program, but really nothing helps, I'm really desperate and a bit aggressive, because it seems to me as if the laptop deliberately provoke me by briefly giving me hope and smearing it again.

Oh well, when I start troubleshooting, sometimes the error occurs: problem with the wireless adapter or access point, then sometimes the Internet is working again and it says it has been fixed, but a short time later the problem recurs

What else can I do?

That sounds like a hardware defect.

Swap the laptop while you still have warranty.

What I've just noticed is that when I get closer to the router, the internet is working again, but not anymore, even though half of the bars are filled. What can this be?
