Either with the laptop or a memory stick. Short explanation: I have a Fiio X1 MP3 Player, which still funzt, but he reads none of my 3 cards more. I've already sent the player for repair, but Fiio told me that they had tested the Plaer with all imaginable memory card sizes and that it would have run smoothly. As I said, it works in my home, but by no means, in the Dsplay is still "file system is not supported" and that happened from one day to the next, none of my 3 SD cards could not be read. So now I ask myself the question, in how far it can be that my memory stick could be guilty, because that is also not recognized, if I have it on the laptop and, for example, music on a map wants to import, no preference which USB port I choose, the stick would not be recognized (with the stick but I could also import music on a map a week ago, only now that is no longer a thing of the past). So I wonder if there's a connection between the no longer functioning stick and the unreadable cards, whether it may be that the stick is to blame, that the player suddenly can't read any more cards that the stick may be Could have corrupted files transferred to the player, if that's even possible, anyway that's supposed to work? Can you follow me to some extent or have an idea if that could be it or do you have another idea? (I would be very grateful to you.)
In which file system format are the cards formatted and how big are the cards?
Many storage media are fake and in fact have a much lower capacity than it says. They then report to the operating system with the alleged size, but as soon as the internal actual capacity is exceeded, it leads to serious errors, data loss and sometimes the stick is no longer readable.
That could be the case here. Always check new storage media for authenticity with "h2testw".
I bought this stick here https://www.amazon.de/...07LF6G2ZY/
Send it back this week and get my money back. I've bought cards separately, all Kingston cards (small cards that you can push into a large, for the wide port on the laptop (which is on my left at the front of the Lappi).) The phenomenon of what you write, I hear today For the first time, do you really have a tip for a USB stick that does not bother?
No. Test with H2Testw if you have it at home!
