Pc fan not adjustable?

I have on my PC (no laptop) or rather said I wanted to set the fans but it didn't work for me I tried a lot of tools Nothing gives me a tool with which it should work or how to fix it

For me that was the case with old buget mainboards. You can hardly shoot anything there. Unless on the rotary potentiometer.

Have you actually tried to switch off the automatic in the bios / Uefi?

Only then can a software solution work.

At least that was the case with me. I use the SpeedFan program for fan control.
