In the picture you can see that my "laptop monitor" runs on the Intel card, but I want to run it on my other graphics card (1050ti)?

The system does this independently, namely when the graphics requirements, e.g. For a game, request it.
If you want to change it anyway, you can deactivate the Intel graphics card via the device manager, then the system is forced to switch to the other graphics.
