Well, if you do not have to connect s.der pc then it is no longer a drawing tablet but a (tablet) pc. A PC you need in any case, somewhere, everything has to be calculated and saved.
So convertables like a microsoft surface pro or a lenovo yoga would be options. Or just a tablet like an ipad.
