My laptop has 2 grakichips, one from Intel and NVIDIA.
Now it is so that I'm in minecraft and have pressed F3 there's the graphics chip from intel although the one from nvidia is better.
How can I change that so that the nvidia graphics chip is used

Then you have to manually assign Minecraft's Java.exe to Geforce under Nvidia-Optimus.
I'm not sure, but if you have Minecraft on your desktop and then right-click on it and then you should run somewhere or start with Nvidia… Something like that was written for me at the time, at least I can't remember it so long ago.
You just have to right click and look through all the tabs
