Laptop constantly disconnects the connection to the Wi-Fi?

I have this problem a bit longer now and if the laptop has disconnected, then nothing brings anything! I then always tried to turn off the Wi-Fi on the laptop or generally in the whole house and again, all apps closed, everything!

The only effective is the restart of the device, but this is really annoying in the long run! I'm working on something and had to restart it four times, now I've given it up!

Can someone tell me why this could be and how to fix the problem?

Does the Windows Troubleshooter help? (I'm assuming it's a windows laptop)

Go into the device manager and unfold "network adapter". Right click on the adapter and update driver. If that does not help, it might also help if you right-click on the adapter and then click "Disable", then reactivate it. With luck, this will have the same effect as a reboot. Otherwise, it could also be a loose connection or something. If the connection breaks, do you have a red X on the Wi-Fi icon?

I'm somehow quite a lot of drivers displayed and I do not know which I then update or disable? And no, there's no red X
